- Payment Methods: Customers must register a valid payment method (credit or debit card) on the platform. Jervi reserves the right to process payments automatically and is not responsible for additional charges arising from incorrect payment information or issues with the user’s bank.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Rideshare Cancellations: If a customer cancels a ride after the driver has accepted, Jervi may charge a cancellation fee. This fee varies based on wait time and location.
- Food and Grocery Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at no charge before the merchant begins preparing the items. Once preparation begins, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Parcel Cancellations: If the customer cancels a parcel delivery service after the driver has started the trip, a cancellation fee will apply.
- User Conduct: Customers are expected to treat drivers and merchants respectfully. Jervi reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts of customers who demonstrate abusive or inappropriate behavior or violate company policies.
- Limitation of Liability: Jervi is not liable for any losses or damages related to delivery or transportation services, including delays. Users agree to use the service at their own risk to the extent permitted by law.
- Refunds and Issue Resolution: If a service issue arises (e.g., damaged items in delivery), customers must contact Jervi support within 24 hours to request a review of the case.

#### 3. Terms for Merchants
- Platform Registration and Usage: Merchants must provide verified business information, including licenses, certifications, and any other document required to operate on Jervi. By registering, they agree to comply with Jervi’s quality policies and local regulations.
- Commissions and Payments: Jervi will retain a commission on each transaction made through the platform, and merchant payments will be issued weekly or according to the schedule established in the contract.
- Product Responsibility: Merchants are responsible for ensuring the freshness, quality, and accuracy of delivered products. Any customer complaint or dispute regarding product quality may result in payment retention until the issue is resolved.
- Promotions and Discounts: Merchants may offer discounts or promotions only with Jervi’s prior approval. Promotions must comply with platform policies and not negatively affect the customer experience or other merchants’ businesses.
- Confidentiality and Privacy: Merchants must keep customer information confidential and may not use it for purposes other than service delivery. Any breach of privacy may result in the merchant’s suspension from the platform.
- Merchant Cancellation Policy: If a merchant cancels an order after the customer has made a payment, a penalty may apply.

- Rates and Payments: Drivers receive payment for each completed service, minus any applicable Jervi commission. Payments are issued weekly via direct deposit or according to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Responsibility and Insurance: Drivers must maintain valid auto insurance and meet Jervi’s minimum coverage requirements. The platform is not liable for incidents or accidents that occur during service provision.
- Driver Conduct: Jervi expects drivers to provide respectful and safe service. Any inappropriate behavior towards customers or merchants may result in account suspension or termination.
- Driver Cancellation Policy: If a driver cancels a service without a valid reason, a penalty may apply. If a customer cancels after a specified wait period, the driver will receive compensation.
