Welcome to Jervy Technologies Inc ("Jervy", "Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order for Package Delivery or Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services, the customer ("User", "Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. COMPANY INFORMATION

Services: Package delivery, express courier, and Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
Service Area: New Jersey and Pennsylvania
2. ACCEPTANCE OF SERVICE
By requesting a service through our platform, website, phone, or any authorized channel, the Client confirms that:
All information provided is accurate and complete.
The Client is at least 18 years old or has legal authorization.
The Client agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. PACKAGE DELIVERY SERVICES
3.1 Service Description
Jervy provides local and regional delivery of packages, documents, and legally permitted goods.
3.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
Illegal or controlled substances
Firearms, explosives, or ammunition
Cash, high-value jewelry, or irreplaceable documents
Hazardous, flammable, or toxic materials
The Company reserves the right to refuse any package at its sole discretion.
3.3 Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Proper and secure packaging of items.
Accurate declaration of package contents.
Providing correct and accessible pickup and delivery addresses.
Jervy is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging or incorrect information provided by the Client.
3.4 Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. NON-EMERGENCY MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION (NEMT)
4.1 Nature of Service
NEMT services are provided only for non-emergency medical transportation, including but not limited to:
Medical appointments
Therapy sessions
Dialysis treatments
Scheduled hospital visits
This is not an emergency service. In case of a medical emergency, the Client must call 911 immediately.
4.2 Passenger Condition
By booking a NEMT trip, the Client confirms that:
The passenger is medically stable for transport.
No medical care or monitoring is required during the trip.
Any special needs (wheelchair, walker, assistance, companion) have been disclosed in advance.
4.3 Companions
A companion is allowed only when pre-approved and medically necessary for the passenger.
4.4 Punctuality and Wait Time
The Client must be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
A maximum wait time applies. Delays may result in additional charges or trip cancellation.
5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Service fees are disclosed prior to order confirmation.
Payments must be made using Company-approved methods.
Once a service has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time prior to the scheduled service.
Failure to appear at pickup time (“No-Show”) may result in charges.
Jervy reserves the right to cancel services for operational, safety, or compliance reasons.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Jervy shall not be liable for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. CLIENT CONDUCT
The following behavior is strictly prohibited:
Aggressive, abusive, or disrespectful conduct
Use of alcohol or illegal drugs during service
Damage to Company vehicles or property
Violation of this section may result in immediate service termination without refund.
9. PRIVACY
Client information is used solely for service fulfillment and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
10. MODIFICATIONS
Jervy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be available through official Company channels.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
